NEW CLIENTS
New color clients are required to get a complimentary in-person consultation in order to book any appointments. This will ensure all services are booked properly and there is enough time for your first visit. A credit is required to schedule an appointment.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment LESS than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled.
CREDIT CARDS
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
We want you to love your experience with us at Velvet & Mane. We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 5 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of original service or extra fee will apply.

Children
For the safety and comfort of our clients, children are not allowed at Velvet & Mane unless they are receiving a service.

Bridal Services
We offer in-salon as well as on-location services for your wedding day. Please fill out our BRIDAL INQUIRY so we may better assist you. Your wedding date is not secure unless there is a contract signed and the retainer is paid.
